- For B.Tech., M.Tech., B.Arch., M. Plan., M.Arch., and B.Des., and For all these courses admissions, all students are advised to must complete all exams in a single attempt.

- For UG and PG courses the registration fee is 1000 INR.
- For B.Voc, MS.c in hospital management, M.voc, and MSc in health care management courses, all students need to submit a 2000 INR application fee.
- For the B.Arch program, all students must need to complete 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and maths.
- A 50% aggregate mark is required in the 10+2 level examination and a 5% relaxation for SC/ST and OBC students (a 45% mark is required).
- The second criterion for the B.Arch course is a 10+3 diploma with maths as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for general candidates.
