- After that Fill the Complete Application Form and Submit It to the GUIDOL Any of the Authorized Study Centres With Required Documents Including HSLC Admit Card/Pass Certificate or Birth Certificate and Marks Sheets/Certificates of the Qualifying Examinations (Original as Well as Self Attested Photocopies).
